On migraine headaches

"Prior to learning meditation from David Giles, I suffered from volatile migraine episodes
which led neurologists to suspect I was suffering from a 4mm aneurysm. The episodes were
so extreme, I suffered nose bleeds, light and sound sensitivity, blurred vision, nausea and,
on two occasions, I blacked out.

Since practicing meditation, I have not experienced a serious episode and I have sustained
